Online Paperwork
New patients are now able to visit www.greentreedentalgroup.com/first-visit to download new patient forms. These forms can then be filled out and sent in to the office digitally. This provides a simple paperless option for our new patients.
Online Payments
Any patient can also make payments to their account online. By visiting our website and clicking “Pay Online” in the dropdown menu, patients can access our secure payment platform to easily pay for visits from the comfort of their own homes.
Online Consultations
We are also offering online consultations. This service allows for doctors to meet with patients to discuss treatment options from a secure online platform. At Greentree, we prioritize offering the best care to every patient. We are excited to be able to provide an additional way for our patients to learn more about the treatment options that will work best for their individual lifestyles.
